My Bicycle is Missing

Bicycles on Campus

After the close of the spring semester, all abandoned bicycles are removed from all on-campus racks. Bicycles abandoned or improperly parked are impounded according to the University Regulations. In cases that result in the removal of the chain/lock, the owner will absorb the cost of replacement. Bikes collected at the close of the spring semester are held according to the University Regulations for 120 days to allow the rightful owners to claim bikes. During the 120-day period, customers may make appointments online to retrieve their bikes. After the 120 day period has expired the university sells the bikes via online public auction at http://lonestaronline.com.

Selected bikes will be available for purchase online beginning September 21.

Bicycle Regulations

When you ride a bicycle on the Texas A&M University campus, you are a driver. You must follow state laws, give signals, obey stop signs and yield right of way - just as car drivers do. Laws and regulations are designed for the safety of cyclists.
