Rudder Theatre Commencement

Guests attending Commencement in Rudder may pay to park in University Center Garage according to the Hourly Visitor rates.


Reed Arena Commencement

Guests attending Commencement in Reed Arena should park in lot 100 around Reed Arena or in the over 2,500 FREE spaces available in West Campus Garage.

Lots 61, 74, 100 a–f, j and m will be open for Commencement. Lot 102 is reserved for Disabled parking and 100 g is reserved for special guests.

Valet parking for Reed Arena will be available in Lot 100a for $12 per car CASH ONLY. Access Lot 100a via John Kimbrough from either Discovery Rd. or Wellborn Rd.

Kyle Field Commencement

Guests attending Commencement in Kyle Field should park in lot 100 around Reed Arena or in the over 2,500 FREE spaces available in West Campus Garage.

Lots 61, 74, 97, 100 a–g and j will be open for Commencement. Lot 62 is reserved for Disabled parking and lots 48 and 69 are reserved for special guests.

Valet parking for Kyle Field will be available in Lot 62 for $12 per car CASH ONLY. Access Lot 62 via Wellborn Rd. PLEASE NOTE, there is limited room for valet parking. Should the lot fill, valet parking will not be able to accept more vehicles.

Parking for high school graduation ceremonies will be available for $5 or free with a valid Texas A&M University parking permit.

Ring Day

Event parking will be available all day Friday, September 22, in West Campus Garage for $5 per entry and at Cain Garage at the Hourly Visitor rates. Express shuttles will run Friday from 9 a.m. – 7:45 p.m. from West Campus Garage to Lot 48.

Limited disabled parking spaces are available in the circle drive along Houston Street.

Pre-pay Ring Day parking is available for purchase via Parkmobile.

Silver Taps

Silver Taps

Parking for Silver Taps is free in University Center Garage from 9pm to 2am. Family parking is on the Houston St side of the 1st floor of the garage in the bay area.

In case of inclement weather, Silver Taps will take place at Sbisa with free parking from 9pm to 2am in Northside Garage. Should the visitor level fill, access will be allowed to the upper levels. Please park above the 3rd floor.

July 4th I Love America

The I Love America Celebration will take place at the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Free parking will be available at Fan Field with disabled parking in Lot 41 in front of the museum entrance. Please review the maps below for road closures and parking areas.

The museum will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. with free admission for everyone all day; building closes at 8:30 p.m. Live entertainment, concessions and games for children begin at 5:30 p.m. The evening will culminate with a spectacular fireworks display and concert by the Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra. Come early and bring lawn chairs, picnic baskets and blankets. Please, no pets or glass containers. For more information visit http://bush41.org/events-listing.

Permit holders should park according to the Night Parking rules. Parking in West Campus Garage beginning at 10pm the night before home football games is restricted to WCG and WCR permits only. Visitor parking is available for an hourly fee in the Visitor Parking areas.

The annual National Night Out event is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6 from 6-8pm at Hullabaloo Hall. Permit holders may park in lot 61 and hourly visitor parking is available in Northside Garage.

Spring Events

Aggieland Saturday

Aggieland Saturday

Aggieland Saturday guests may park free of charge in the following lots:

Lot 48 Rudder Auditorium
Lot 36 Vet School

Permits are not required on Saturdays and spaces may be available in other lots; however, visitors may NOT park in reserved/restricted spaces which include Reserved Numbered, University Business, Service, Timed, Loading Spaces, and Residence Hall lots 30 and 40, which are 24 hour reserved. No end of row or curb parking allowed.

Buses should park in Lot 74 on west campus near Rosenthal Meat Science Center.

There are also paid visitor parking areas if guests would prefer those facilities.

Staff who wish to attend President Young's Backyard Picnic on Tuesday, February 28, but don't have a valid Texas A&M parking permit may park in Lot 100 F & G (facing the soccer and softball complexes) and ride bus Route 01 to the event located behind the Jack K. Williams Administration Building.

Muster April 21

Muster


Muster parking will be open Friday, April 21 from 5:00pm to midnight. Parking is FREE for all lots highlighted in the map below, including West Campus Garage. Road closures will begin at 5:30pm.

  To avoid congestion, access the Reed Arena area via one of the following routes:
  • Raymond Stotzer Pkwy to Discovery Dr to Kimbrough Blvd
  • Raymond Stotzer Pkwy to Olsen Blvd
  • George Bush Dr to Penberthy Blvd

  Expect delays along the following routes:
  • George Bush Dr to Olsen Blvd
  • Wellborn Rd to Kimbrough Blvd

Visitor parking is available in Cain Garage and University Center Garage* for $10 per entry and in West Campus Garage for $5 per entry.

*NOTE: University Center Garage fills early in the day, so visitors are encouraged to park in Cain Garage or to park in West Campus Garage and use the Pedestrian Passageway to cross under Wellborn Road.
