Permit Registration for
Vendors, Contractors & Service Providers
Which parking lots will be available to you as an off-campus affiliate depends largely upon what type of business you conduct on campus.
Vendor permits are sold to employees of companies selling products and services to departments or individuals on campus.
Faculty, staff and students are not eligible for Vendor Permits.
Vendor Permits are valid in the areas highlighted on the Vendor Parking Map, and the cost is $310 each (plus tax).
Service permits are sold to companies contracted by the university to work on equipment or facilities on campus.
Faculty, staff and students are not eligible for Service Permits. The cost is $500 (pending review) each (plus tax).
Services Permits are valid in the areas highlighted on the Service Parking Map which also include:
Maintenance permits authorize additional parking access for university employees that service facilities and/or equipment on campus.
The Maintenance permit must be used in conjunction with a valid Texas A&M parking permit and authorizes parking in the areas indicated on the
Maintenance Parking Map. The cost is $39 each (plus tax).
Construction/Contractor permits are sold to companies contracted by the university to complete construction projects on campus.
These permits are valid in the areas highlighted on the Construction/Contractor Map
and specifically do not include service spaces or loading spaces. The cost is $310 each (plus tax).
Fan Field permits allow parking on a designated portion of Fan Field, located on West Campus, at a reduced price.
This permit is valid in the area highlighted on the Fan Field Map only.
This reduced price permit also has reduced value. The parking location is remote from the main campus and is constructed of crushed concrete. The cost is $238 each (plus tax).
