What are my options for logging into the parking registration application?
  1. Log on with your NetID and password. Your NetID and password are the same used to log on to your NEO account. Account setup information including change password, set password security questions and password reset is located at http://gateway.tamu.edu/. If you forget your password and have not set and enabled your password security questions, you must visit an Open Access Lab or Help Desk Central and have them mark your account. After your account has been marked, you may set a new password on the Password Management Page.

  2. Log on with your SSO (Single Sign On) username and password. Your SSO username and password are the same used to log onto the HRConnect and LeaveTraq websites. For more information and a tutorial on SSO visit http://hr.tamu.edu/ed/sso. To set up your SSO account visit https://sso.tamu.edu/Wizards/FirstTime.aspx. If you forget your SSO password visit https://sso.tamu.edu/Wizards/RequestTempPassword.aspx.

  3. Customers who are not affiliated with TAMU may request a Parking Registration Login by clicking https://transport.tamu.edu/account/NARequest/NAAccount.aspx. An account will be created and an email with login details will be sent once your information is verified. This process can take up to one business day.
Why am I getting an error when I try to login with my NetID?
  1. Make sure you are logging in with your NetID and not an alias
  2. Make sure you have completed your security training   Student   Staff
