Which web browser should I use for web parking permit

For Apple/Macintosh: Internet Explorer 5;
Highly recommended: 128 bit encrypted version of either browser. The TAMU parking
permit web application uses SSL encryption for data transmission; your web browser
must support SSL encryption (Netscape and Internet Explorer support SSL encryption).
