How do I Extend-by-phone?
After parking, go to the nearest pay station to pay for your parking using a credit card. When prompted, enter your mobile number to receive a text message reminder prior to expiry. Reply to the text message with the amount of additional minutes needed. This amount will be charged to the card you used for payment at the machine. *Note: Customers will not be able to extend parking in lot 104 Monday - Friday, 6am - 5pm due to the two hour limit.
How much does it cost to Extend-by-Phone?
You pay only the stated posted hourly parking rate for
the lot where you parked. Texas A&M Transportation Services does not charge the customer a transaction fee to use the service.

Go to the PayByPhone website (http://PayByPhone.com/), log in and click on ‘my account’. You may add up to nine vehicles. You can also call the Verrus parking line at 1-866-234-7275 (PARK) and follow the instructions.
What should I do if I forget my secret PIN?
From the PayByPhone website (http://PayByPhone.com/), you can request your PIN to be sent to you by email - You will then be
required to submit your account number and then your PIN will be sent to the email address listed in your parking profile.
What do I need to do if I receive a citation even though I used the pay by phone system?
Although this is unlikely to occur, first review the copy of your PayByPhone receipt to ensure the space (or license plate number for pay and display areas) and time for which you paid matches the space where your vehicle was parked and is within the time indicated on your citation. If you paid for the wrong space number (or license plate number for pay and display areas) or if your time was expired, pay the citation or you may follow the instructions on the citation to file an online appeal. If the space and time paid match the information on the citation, provide your citation number and a copy of the PayByPhone payment receipt that was sent to your email address to the parking office via email to parking@tamu.edu, fax at 979-845-6025, in person at 108 Koldus, or by mail to Transportation Services, 1250 TAMU, College Station, TX 77845.
