I lost my NSC parking permit. What should I do? Log on to My Account, choose My Permits then choose the permit that begins 8NSCxxxxx. Print this permit details page and display in the dashboard of your vehicle as a substitute for your permit. DO NOT DISPLAY MORE THAN ONE COPY AT A TIME. VEHICLES WITH DUPLICATE PERMITS DISPLAYED ARE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED.
What should I do if I can not find my NSC parking permit once I arrive on-campus? There are two options:

ONLINE: Locate a computer with a printer (available at the NSC check in, the parking office in room 108 Koldus, or the computer labs) and log on to My Account, choose My Permits then choose the permit that begins 8NSCxxxxx. Print this permit details page and display in the dashboard of your vehicle as a substitute for your permit. DO NOT DISPLAY MORE THAN ONE COPY AT A TIME. VEHICLES WITH DUPLICATE PERMITS DISPLAYED ARE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED.

OR

IN PERSON: Replacement permits are available for $15 from the Transportation Services Office located in room 108 Koldus.
I forgot to purchase my permit online before arriving at my conference. What should I do? Although we highly recommend purchasing your permit before you come to campus, permits may be purchased the day of the conference. First, pay to park in a paid visitor facility such as the University Center or West Campus Garage:

ONLINE: Locate a computer with a printer (available at the NSC check in, the parking office in room 108 Koldus, or the computer labs) and log on to My Account, choose the NSC permit for the date of your conference. Follow the steps to purchase the permit then print the receipt and display in the dashboard of your vehicle as temporary permit. DO NOT DISPLAY MORE THAN ONE COPY AT A TIME. VEHICLES WITH DUPLICATE PERMITS DISPLAYED ARE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED.

OR

IN PERSON: Come in person to purchase a NSC permit for $15 from the Transportation Services Office located in room 108 Koldus.
Then, display the permit on the dashboard of your vehicle and you may move to one of the parking lots authorized by the NSC permit.

I purchased my permit online but now my conference date has changed. What should I do? Go to the NSC permit change request page to request a change.
