Permit holders should park according to the Night Parking rules. Visitor parking is available for an hourly fee in the Visitor Parking areas.

OPAS Parking

Parking for OPAS performances will be provided in the University Center Garage, which is conveniently located directly across the street from Rudder Auditorium. 

All levels of the University Center Garage will be open during OPAS performances so that there will be plenty of parking space available.

Aggieland Saturday guests may park free of charge in the following lots:

Lot 48
Rudder Auditorium
Lot 36
Vet School

Permits are not required on Saturdays and spaces may be available in other lots; however, visitors may NOT park in reserved/restricted spaces which include Reserved Numbered, University Business, Service, Timed, Loading Spaces, and Residence Hall lots 30 and 40, which are 24 hour reserved.

Buses should park in Lot 74 on west campus near Rosenthal Meat Science Center.

There are also paid visitor parking areas if guests would prefer those facilities. The free and paid areas are highlighted on the map below.

National Night Out

In order to accomodate the National Night Out event scheduled for Tuesday, October 4 from 6-8pm at University Apartments, Transportation Services will close Haltom from noon to 8pm. Bus routes will not be affected.

Ring Day Parking

Aggie Ring

Visitor Parking will be available for $5/entry cash or credit in University Center Garage beginning at noon or at the West Campus Garage (WCG) according to hourly visitor parking rates. Visitors can pay at a Pay Station before returning to their vehicle or pay in the lane at exit.

Those with a valid parking permit may park at either their regular parking lot or at Reed Arena lot 100.

The Aggie Ring Shuttle WILL be running between the West Campus Garage and the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center.
Limited disabled parking spaces are available in our circle drive along Houston Street.

Guests attending Convocation in Rudder may pay to park in University Center Garage. Free parking will be available in lots 48 and 62 for Convocation beginning at 5pm (Convocation Parking Map).

Guests attending Commencement should park in lot 100 around Reed Arena. Over 2,500 additional FREE spaces are available in West Campus Garage.

Lots 61, 74, 100 a, b, c, e, f and m will be open for Commencement on both days.  Lot 102 is reserved for Disabled parking and 100 g is reserved for special guests.

Below are links to parking and traffic maps for Muster. Over 3,700 additional FREE spaces are available in West Campus Garage. Gates will go up at 5 pm.
To avoid congestion, access the Reed Arena area via Stotzer and Research Parkway/Discovery to Kimbrough, Stotzer and Olsen or Wellborn and Kimbrough.

Freshman Convocation Parking

The Freshman Convocation luncheon will occur at Sbisa from 11am to 1:30pm. Parking will be at Reed Arena with a shuttle running to Sbisa from 10:30am to 2:15pm. Convocation will begin at 2:30pm. Parking is available in lots 61, 97, 100a-f & j with disabled parking in lot 102.

Silver Taps Parking

Parking for Silver Taps is free in University Center Garage from 9pm to 2am. Family parking is on the Houston St side of the 1st floor of the garage in the bay area.

In case of inclement weather, Silver Taps will take place at Sbisa with free parking from 9pm to 2am in Northside Garage. Should the visitor level fill, access will be allowed to the upper levels. Please park above the 3rd floor.

Parents' Weekend Parking

Parents' Weekend  Event parking will be available for $5/entry cash or credit in University Center Garage beginning at noon on Friday,  April 12 – Sunday, April 14. Additional $5 event parking will be available on Saturday in West Campus Garage, 39, 46, 48, 59, 60, 61 and 62.

Hourly visitor parking will be available all day Friday and Sunday at West Campus Garage and Sunday in University Center Garage. Please avoid timed, numbered, service or business spaces along with any other marked parking areas.

July 4th I Love America Celebration

The I Love America Celebration will take place at the Bush Library. Shuttles will begin running at 4:30 and continue through the fireworks display. The bus will pick up on the north side of Reed Arena and West Campus Garage (WCG). Free parking will be available in 100b-c, e-k, 97 and WCG. Please review the maps below for road closures, shuttle information and parking areas.

7 on 7 Tournament

Parking for the 7 on 7 tournament July 19-21 will be available in lots 100e-f. Friday afternoon lot 62 will be available with overflow parking in lot 61. Penberthy will be closed July 19 6am - July 21 around noon. Lot 100m is reserved for officials and staff. Lot 100d is reserved for officials and staff and valid permit holders.
