RV Parking

Transportation Services is pleased to offer two updated RV hookup facilities:

E.D. Olsen Park located on Olsen Blvd. by Olsen Field, Reed Arena and the Student Recreation Center
Penberthy Park located on Penberthy Blvd. by the Tennis Complex and Reed Arena

Recreational vehicles parked in the designated RV parking areas are required to display an RV parking permit which is obtained from the Transportation Services office. TAMU parking permits intended for passenger vehicles are not acceptable. Recreational vehicles may not be stored on campus while they are not in use. Permits for both vehicles must be purchased for recreational vehicles that are pulled by a passenger vehicle.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Football RV Lot 50

During football season, Transportation Services offers additional RV Parking in lot 50. Space is limited.

Near Zachary bldg & Bonfire Memorial
Entrance off University Drive
Lot open at 6:30 pm the day before the game (Access will be denied prior to 6:30 pm) through 2 pm Sunday
Permits available ONLINE ONLY (permits are non-refundable) until midnight Thursday before the game.
After online deadline, call 979.862.2551 to check availablility.

The cost includes an additional parking permit for a tow vehicle. The permit owner should be the one using the RV space at least 2/3 of the season. While we recognize you might occasionally not be able to attend a game, the permit owner must be the majority user. Paid visitor parking is available in Lot 50 or Lot 51 for $10. Visitors may park in areas not designated for RVs. The 12th Man Express Shuttle will operate on gameday 3 hours pre game and 1 hour post game. This shuttle picks up on Polo Road between Lots 50 and 51 dropping off in the Trigon.

The cost includes an additional parking permit for 1 automobile.

Arrival:
Check-in time at both RV Parks is 2:00 pm.
Please display your permit at all times and park in designated area.

Departure:
Checkout time at both RV Parks is 2:00 pm.
Please dispose of all trash and refuse in receptacles provided at the parks.

Spaces will be assigned to these purchasers based upon the chosen price and openings from north to south and west to east.
All permits will be mailed to the address provided by the purchaser.

2013 Calendar

4/18/13 @noon	RV renewals begin. Log into My Account to renew your permit. During this process you may either choose to renew your space as is or you may opt for another space. Please note that you may request a new space but moving to a new space will be based on availability.
5/29/13	RV renewals end. All renewals must be completed by 5pm on this date.
5/30/13	Anyone wishing to change spaces within lot 100e will be moved if or as space allows.
6/3/13 @noon	Payments begin for permit renewals. If you have requested a move, please wait to submit payment until you have been contacted about the options you submitted.
6/13/13 @5pm	All renewal payments (including moves) must be submitted by 5pm. Renewals are not complete without payment. Any spaces not paid for by 5pm on this date will be made available for others to purchase.
6/19/13 @noon	Available season passes for lot 43, 50 or 100e may be purchased at noon.
7/5/13 @noon	Lot 88 individuals game sales begin at noon.

Permits purchased as late as one week prior to the game will not be mailed. They will be available for pick up upon arrival to the lot.

Due to overwhelming demand, Transportation Services is offering additional RV Parking in lot 43.

1 RV Permit = 5 regular parking spaces
RV and additional property (i.e., BBQ pits, chairs, tables, etc) must be confined to these 5 spaces unless on the grassy areas reserved for these items
