Bus Banner Ads Transit advertising is a great value that gives a high visibility with a consistent daily audience. It’s economical and instantly effective without wasted circulation. The annual ridership is over 5.6 million. Advertisements on our routes will be viewed by faculty, staff, students, parents and more. Our routes coincide with highly populated areas through out Bryan-College Station, ensuring all ads get the maximum exposure for a minimum price.

Printing Specifications

Finished product should measure 11"H x 28"W. We recommend leaving a 1/4" margin to avoid cropping issues. Prints should be laminated and delivered to our office at least 3 working days prior to the start date:

University Affiliate Advertisers

Transportation Services offers advertising to university departments, affiliates and student organizations recognized by Student Affairs on 71 buses on a monthly basis. All advertisers must sign the advertising agreement and agree to the terms and conditions. Printing costs are separate and must be paid by the advertiser. We will be happy to coordinate printing and lamination for you. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for production time. Prints should be laminated and delivered to our office at least 3 working days prior to the start date.

$10.00 per card per month with 71 or 46 cards displayed. (Student organizations may choose to advertise on only 25 of the buses). Advertising space is limited and sold on a first come, first served basis.

Advertisements must begin on the 1st or 15th of the month. If space is available, ads may be posted between these dates, but the advertiser will be charged for a full month and the advertisement may be removed before the monthly period unless the following month is also purchased. December and January will count as one month because of the winter break, but all other months will be charged for a full month, regardless of holidays or breaks in service.

Monthly Commercial Advertising

Transportation Services offers advertising on 71 buses on a monthly basis for commercial (non-affiliate) advertisers. Space is limited. Advertisers may not reserve space more than 12 months ahead of time. All ads must be sent to tsads@tamu.edu for approval. Printing costs are separate and must be paid directly to the printer by the advertiser. We will be happy to coordinate printing and lamination for you. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for production time.
