COLLEGE STATION, December 2, 2009 – Congratulations to Peter Lange, who is one of 25 to receive the prestigious President’s Meritorious Service Award at Texas A&M University. Peter serves as Associate Director for Texas A&M’s Transportation Services and oversees the areas of Customer Service, Marketing, IT, Special Events and Human Resources. Beginning in 1986, this award is presented to recognize outstanding staff employees for their meritorious service to the University. Nominations are called for during the month of September and an anonymous committee appointed by the President, selects the recipients. The awards were presented December 1, at the Annenberg Presidential Conference Center at the George Bush Presidential Library.
