Season passes still available in 100e and 50! Individual passes for 50 available July 6.

Transportation Services is pleased to offer two updated RV hookup facilities:

E.D. Olsen Park located on Olsen Blvd. by Olsen Field, Reed Arena and the Student Recreation Center
Penberthy Park located on Penberthy Blvd. by the Tennis Complex and Reed Arena

Recreational vehicles parked in the designated RV parking areas are required to display an RV parking permit which is obtained from the Transportation Services office. TAMU parking permits intended for passenger vehicles are not acceptable. Recreational vehicles may not be stored on campus while they are not in use. Permits for both vehicles must be purchased for recreational vehicles that are pulled by a passenger vehicle.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

Football RV Lot 50

During football season, Transportation Services offers additional RV Parking in lot 50. Space is limited. Season passes and individual spaces available.

Near Zachary bldg & Bonfire Memorial
Entrance off University Drive
1 RV Permit = 4 regular parking spaces
RV, tow vehicle and additional property must be confined to these 4 spaces
Lot open at 6:30 pm the day before the game (Access will be denied prior to 6:30 pm) through 2 pm Sunday
Permits available ONLINE ONLY (permits are non-refundable) until midnight Thursday before the game.

Cost is $60/weekend

The cost includes an additional parking permit for a tow vehicle. Paid visitor parking is available in Lot 50 or Lot 51 for $10. Visitors may park in areas not designated for RVs. The 12th Man Express Shuttle will operate on game day 3 hours pre game and 1 hour post game. This shuttle picks up on Polo Road between Lots 50 and 51 dropping off in the Trigon.

Check-in time at both RV Parks is 2:00 pm.
Please display your permit at all times and park in designated area.

Departure:
Checkout time at both RV Parks is 2:00 pm.
Please dispose of all trash and refuse in receptacles provided at the parks.

Spaces will be assigned to these purchasers based upon the chosen price and openings from north to south and west to east.
All permits will be mailed to the address provided by the purchaser.
Permits purchased as late as one week prior to the game will not be mailed. They will be available for pick up upon arrival to the lot.
RV spaces are for RVs and corresponding tow vehicles ONLY. No other types of vehicles permitted.

2009 Calendar

4/20/09	RV Renewals begin for last year’s season permit holders from Penberthy, Olsen and Lot 100e
5/29/09	RV Renewals for Penberthy, Olsen and Lot 100e end
6/1/09	Any RV spaces that were not renewed for Olsen and Penberthy will be filled from the current wait list. Anyone wishing to change spaces within lot 100e will be moved as space allows.
6/2/09	Payments begin for permit renewals for Penberthy, Olsen and lot 100e.
6/12/09	All spaces at Olsen and Penberthy are filled. Lot 100e moves are complete.
6/17/09	All renewal payments for Penberthy, Olsen and Lot 100e must be completed by 5pm.
6/22/09	Available lot 100e and lot 50 Season RV passes may be purchased.
7/6/09	Lot 50 individual game sales begin
