Most RV lots are sold out prior to the season. Gameday RV spaces are available online only from Transportation Services (account creation required)
or from fellow fans at these exchanges:
Football RV Exchange
12th Man RV Exchange

RV Lots are for Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) recognized recreational vehicles only.

Many of the streets in the Southside neighborhood prohibit parking on one side of the street so that emergency vehicles (especially large fire trucks and ambulances) can respond if needed.

For these life-safety reasons, the City of College Station works in these areas on football gamedays to ensure emergency response capabilities.

The most common reason vehicles are towed on gamedays are for parking in a signed NO PARKING zone. Please pay attention to these signs!

Other towing-enforced violations include parking within 15 feet of a fire hydrant, parking within 30 feet of a stop sign, blocking a driveway (when the owner requests enforcement), and parking in an intersection.

Pre-Game Routes and Closures

Pregame road closures begin either 4 hours pre-game or at 8 a.m., whichever is later. Due to construction on FM 2818, we suggest drivers use Wellborn Road, Texas Avenue or Highway 6.

Post-Game Exit Routes

Post-game road closures begin near the start of the 4th quarter in preparation for post-game traffic. Consider the following routes when leaving the game:

  • When traveling to the area west of FM 2818, go south on Wellborn Road and turn onto Holleman Drive or Rock Prairie Road.
  • For those exiting the north side of campus, go to Villa Maria Road then east or west to avoid postgame traffic congestion.

Post-Game Traffic Plans

Bus parking will be available next to Reed Arena. Enter loading dock access road off of Penberthy Boulevard. The cost is $40 (CASH ONLY).
