Parking Permit Design Contest
Contest Purpose
Select 2020–21 parking permit design from current student, faculty and staff submissions.
The winning design will be featured on the parking permits for the 2020–21 year which are issued in August.
Eligibility
Students, faculty and staff of Texas A&M University – College Station campus, are eligible. Employees of Transportation Services are not eligible.
No group submissions will be accepted – individuals only. Limit 3 entries per person.
Sponsor
The contest is sponsored by Transportation Services – 1250 TAMU, College Station, TX.
Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement with the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.
Submissions become the property of Texas A&M University Transportation Services.
Contest Period
The contest begins October 14, 2019 and ends December 5, 2019.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email to the address indicated on the submission form by the end of January 2020.
Prize
Your parking permit for FREE for 2020–21 school year.
Announcement of Winner
*Update: Winner will be announced via The Battalion and the Transportation Services website at the end of January, after winner has been notified by email.
Rights of Use and Ownership of Design
Texas A&M University Transportation Services will have the exclusive right to use the design for the stated purpose as well as other related promotional uses.
The designer will retain the right to use the design in a portfolio of design work.
