Vehicular access to Ross Street is limited to authorized vehicles during business hours to improve pedestrian safety and facilitate the future creation of a multiuse path along Ireland Street. One existing gate has been relocated from Ross Street to Ireland Street. An additional access gate currently located at Ross Street near its intersection with Asbury Street has been removed.

Traffic must turn onto Ireland Street to reach Northside Garage. The garage is accessible from both Ireland and New Streets.
The south lane on New Street now includes a protected bidirectional lane for wheeled devices.
A new bidirectional lane has been added to New Street.
