Ross Street

At a Glance

Vehicular access to Ross Street will be limited to authorized vehicles during business hours to improve pedestrian safety and facilitate the future creation of a multiuse path along Ireland Street. One existing gate will be relocated from Ross Street to Ireland Street. An additional access gate currently located at Ross Street near its intersection with Asbury Street will be removed.

Vehicle Access

Vehicular access to Ross Street will be limited to authorized vehicles only during business hours.

This is intended to reduce congestion, minimize conflict points, and prioritize pedestrian safety.

Gate Movement

The existing gate on Ross Street will be relocated to Ireland Street.

New Street will become a one-way street, westbound.

Traffic must turn onto Ireland Street to reach Northside Garage. The garage will be accessible from both Ireland and New Streets.

The south lane on New Street will become a protected bidirectional lane for wheeled devices.
