aggiEpass Parking Card
AggiePass discontinued effective January 1, 2025
Transportation Services will be discontinuing the sale of AggiePass permits effective January 1, 2025.
Current AggiePass permit holders will be able to use existing balances until August 31, 2025,
however adding funds to the balance will not be enabled as we phase out this underutilized payment method.
The aggiEpass is a preloaded parking payment card that allows a customer to access Central Campus, Gene Stallings Blvd., Polo Rd., University Center and West Campus garages without pulling a ticket or paying at the pay stations.
Your payment will be deducted from the balance on your card by simply swiping the card to enter and swiping to exit the garage!
NOTE: Make sure to SWIPE IN AND SWIPE OUT at each visit to prevent being overcharged.
How can I purchase an aggiEpass
You can purchase the aggiEpass online through My Account or at the Customer Assistance Center located at
Polo Rd. Building, Suite 350. The minimum initial balance is $25.
Where can I use the aggiEpass?
The aggiEpass is valid for the following garages:
- Central Campus Garage
- Gene Stallings Blvd. Garage
- Polo Rd. Garage
- University Center Garage (visitor parking areas on 1st and 2nd levels)
- West Campus Garage
How do I use my aggiEpass?
Simply swipe the aggiEpass in the card readers at entrances and exits of the garage. Upon swiping at exit,
the fee will be subtracted from your balance based on the current hourly rate. Space is not guaranteed and entry is granted only if space is available.
Garage access via the aggiEpass will be denied if the balance of the card is less than $4.
Where can I reload my aggiEpass?
You can reload your aggiEpass online through My Account,
or at the Customer Assistance Center located at Polo Rd. Building, Suite 350.
You may add any amount in $5 increments. Please note that the balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.
How do I check my aggiEpass balance?
You can check the balance of your aggiEpass online through My Account.
Can I view usage information for my aggiEpass?
Yes! Usage information can be viewed online through My Account.
Can a parent purchase an aggiEpass for their student?
Yes! Parents or other non-affiliates may purchase an aggiEpass online through
My Account as a visitor or at our Customer Assistance Center in
Polo Rd. Building, Suite 350.
What do I do if I lose my aggiEpass?
Report your lost or stolen aggiEpass to our Customer Assistance Center in
Polo Rd. Building, Suite 350.
Your existing card will be canceled and a new one will be issued with the remaining balance. There will be a $5 replacement fee.
What happens if my aggiEpass balance is insufficient to cover my parking fee?
You will need to reload your aggiEpass (see above) or pay a $40 fee for a lost ticket at one of the pay stations.
The pay station will then provide you with a ticket to exit the garage.
