Stallings Boulevard will have redesigned pathways that reduce mode conflicts and facilitate access into Stallings Blvd. Garage (SBG), including one new entrance lane for vehicular traffic. Stallings Boulevard will be reconfigured to turn double lanes into the garage, double left turns from Joe Routt Boulevard to Wellborn Road, and access to the area will be via Joe Routt Boulevard only.
Bollards will be added across Stallings Boulevard at West Lamar Street to protect the crosswalk by disallowing vehicle access. Pedestrian and wheeled device paths will move to the east side of Stallings Boulevard to eliminate the vehicular conflict at the garage entry and exit lanes.

The pedestrian pathways inside SBG will be reconfigured to provide easier access to ILCB and the new pedestrian pathway.
A new pedestrian pathway will be located on the north side of the garage providing direct access to ILCB.
Bollards will be added to the intersection of Stallings Boulevard at West Lamar Street, creating a dedicated pedestrian pathway from ILCB to the MSC.
