Login Options
What are my options for logging into My Account?
- Students/Faculty/Staff: Login with your NetID and password (same as used for TAMU Email and Howdy).
Net ID Help:
- Faculty/Staff: Login with your SSO (Single Sign On) username and password (same used for HRConnect & LeaveTraq).
SSO Help:
- COMPASS USA employees and Non-Affiliates: Login with your login ID and password** in the Vendors, Contractors, Visitors & Others box.
**If you don't have one, create an account at
Non-Affiliate Login Request. You will be emailed with your login details within one business day after completing your login request. You do not need to create an account to pay a citation.
Why am I getting an error when I try to login with my NetID?
- Make sure you are logging in with your NetID and not an alias
- Make sure you have completed your online security training Student Staff

I am out of the country and can't log into My Parking Account. What should I do?
If you are outside the United States,
you should connect to the Texas A&M University VPN (Virtual Private Network) to log into My Parking Account or contact Customer Service at 979-862-7275 or parking@tamu.edu.
