Motorcycles, mopeds, and scooters must display a Texas A&M motorcycle permit or pay by the hour.
They should also park in designated motorcycle parking areas and must not be parked in the parking garages or in any parking spaces striped or marked for automobiles or bicycles.
Only one motorcycle per parking space is allowed.

More on hourly visitor parking
Motorcycle parking areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the motorcycle area you want to use is full, then you will need to use another available motorcycle parking area.
There are enough motorcycle spaces on campus to accommodate all the motorcycles,
but they may be located further from the building than the ones that are most popular near buildings where you are seeing overcrowding.
Reserved numbered parking spaces are for automobiles only.
Trailers, motorcycles, bicycles, mopeds or scooters are not authorized to park in surface or garage reserved numbered parking spaces.
There is no need to pre-register for a Motorcycle permit. Motorcycle permits are always available and may be purchased online beginning August 1.
There is no wait list, and we normally do not sell out of Motorcycle permits.
Motorcycle permit pricing
If you purchase a full-price, annual, vehicle permit (not a night permit), a Motorcycle permit is available for purchase at half price.
If the Motorcycle permit is not requested along with the vehicle permit during registration, you must bring your picture ID to
108 Koldus to purchase the half price permit.
Motorcycle permits should be affixed to the rear of the vehicle, as near as practical to the license plate, where the entire permit can easily be seen.
Customers who purchase motorcycle permits are eligible for a free extension plate that can be affixed to the rear license plate bracket to create room to display the permit.
Extension plates are available in 108 Koldus.
Visit the RELLIS page for information about Motorcycle permits and parking on the RELLIS campus.
